Return and Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
- The item should be in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
- All accessories, manuals and included items should be returned.
- The item should not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it as you would in a physical retail store.
If the value of the goods has been reduced because they were handled more than necessary, we may reduce the amount of your refund accordingly.
3. How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Package the item securely.
- Return the parcel using a tracked postal service where possible.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law.
- Express or premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable unless legally required.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
- A faulty product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we will provide one of the following:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full refund
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned after opening where they are no longer suitable for resale unless they are faulty or not as described.
7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned because:
- An incorrect delivery address was provided, or
- The parcel was not collected from the courier,
Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
